Responsibilities:
- Strategic business research and/or consulting experience, ideally focusing on banking, financial services, international trade or a related industry.
- Researching, writing and publishing a series of reports on a topic-by-topic basis that would also contribute to a benchmarking library on the topic.
- Contributing articles to the Company’s flagship Journal.
- Researching and presenting at the Company’s own or client’s briefings/events.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional interaction with the industry at all levels, through formal presentation sessions and social settings (where required) in order to understand the industry.
- Assist in the formulation of the Company’s conference agenda (where required).
- Contributing to the reputation of the company and its research business through all forms of client contact, speaking engagements, press interviews and general availability for marketing and related activities.
Requirements:
- At least one yearof relevant internship experience or working experience.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (speaking and writing).
- Background in business strategy, benchmarking, and related research work is preferred.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, including a sound understanding of developing and executing research methodologies (essential).
- Excellent organizing project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
- A good bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s Preferred).
- Must be a team-player with leadership potential.
- Based in China and willing to travel frequently.
- Interest in growing within a dynamic, fast growing, and multicultural organization.

- Selling research, digital content or conference products to a range of business clients including to banks, technology companies and consulting firms that servethe financial services industry.
- You will be taught to generate business and sales lead, identify potential clients and client’s needs.
- Identify opportunities to cross/ up sell Asian Banker products and services to existing clients.
- Attain individual and group sales targets.
- Build relationship with the community.
Requirements:
- Preferably good academic background from a reputable university.
- Written and verbal English language skills as well as telephone etiquette is an important prerequisite.
- Deep interest or passion in sales and marketing.
- High sense of professionalism and cross-cultural awareness.
- Team work and cross-functional ability.
- Be computer proficient and familiar with Microsoft & other applications.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting research and editorial staff in their daily work.
- Collecting information and data from internal and external sources.
- Analysing data based on innovative and traditional research techniques.
- Conceptualising findings for reports and presentations.
- Preparing articles or research notes.
- Engaging bankers on the phone and face to face to arrange and conduct interviews .
- Transcribing interviews, speeches and training sessions.
- Potential of ability to write research interview notes from all resources to public at proof-reading standards.
Requirements:
- Completion/pursuit of a bachelor's degree, preferably one in finance or banking.
- Strong academic results..
- Ability to work independently under the guidance of full timeanalysts.
- High sense of professionalism and cross-cultural awareness.
- Strong command of English (oral/written) is mandatory.
- Time to work at least 5 full days every week, for at least two months, ideally three months.
